Jenelle Olsen

General Manager

I rock climb and travel extensively. I ball room dance. I show dogs. I have the #1 female Pharaoh Hound in the world named Stormy. I’ve been in finance my entire career and have the unique ability to inspire people to collaborate, be invested into their idea and execute it. At PCF, work isn’t mundane. You’re invited to bring ideas to the table, feel challenged and valued.

Alec Sutton

CAD Manager

I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.

Codee Allen

Content Marketing Manager

I grew up doing construction with my dad and eventually found PCF. I love it here because the people are awesome. I’ve made my way up through the company by being diligent and dedicated to what I do and have a marketing background, which led me to my current position. I love capturing our clients’ reaction at the end of their project. It’s important to be open and honest with our clients, and I believe we excel at that in this industry. I don’t think anyone can beat us in that category.

Kevin Williams

Internal Recruiter

I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.

Jessica Larsson

Permit Tech

I’m simple and easy-going. What you see is what you get. I journey through life with my husband and 3 kids in an even-keel, consistent pattern. I’ve been a teacher for years, so supporting something of value comes natural to me. I love the heart of PCF. Integrity and diligence are how I contribute to the heartbeat of PCF to keep the flow consistent and healthy.

David Hernandez

Human Resources Specialist

The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.

Ari Fernando

CAD Designer

I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.

Fedra Meza

Bookkeeper

Me encanta mi familia y mi trabajo. I’ll say it in Spanish just because I can. I love spending time with my two kids and watching my husband play soccer. The best part of my work is getting the job done. At PCF, everyone’s a team player. We take care of each other and our customers. They’re all about the people.

Cami Benway

Accountant Manager

I love learning and the feeling of accomplishment. I’m passionate about my horses and compete in dressage competitions with a few national titles under my belt. You’ll find me gardening and enjoying the outdoors often. PCF fits me because of the schedule flexibility and how tight knit it is.

Jaws Michlein

Project Specialist

If you like gaming and tequila, I’m your friend. I’m detail-oriented and thrive in problem-solving. During my free-time, I’m developing software or creating 3D animation. I love my job because it presents new challenges every day and I come home knowing I’ve contributed to solving the problem.

Dajana Estrella

Customer Experience Rep

Having been a teacher for 7 years, I’ve learned to be positive and friendly. I’m eager to learn and to help others. Being a single mom of 2 keeps me busy, but I’ll never turn down dancing or hiking. Our company has an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that supports my job in bringing excellence to customer service.

Nhally Hing

Customer Experience Rep

I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.

Bobby Shankle

Bobby Shankle

Jr CAD Designer

I nearly lost my life at age 20, so I’m just thankful to be alive, every day. My father had a construction business, so I grew up in this industry. I have an Associates in Architectural Technology and certified in Revit and AutoCAD. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, photography, cooking, and just spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.

Alfonso Leos

Alfonso Leos

Dispatch

I was an electrician for many years and bring my experience to any project that I can add value to. I’m gentle and love helping support the team at PCF in whatever capacity I can. It is a very welcoming and encouraging work environment to be a part of and always brings me joy to be a part of something that is making a difference in someone’s family.

Shelby Coe

Shelby Coe

Customer Experience Rep

I’m certified in Positive Attitude. Family and hiking are my passions; so much so, my son’s name is Summit. His challenging premature birth, weighing at 1.9 lbs fueled my perseverant character as we both became Nicu warriors. I’m passionate about customer service, and can relate with people’s emotions while looking at the glass half-full.

Shelby Coe

Austen Beard

Customer Experience Manager

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest has turned me into an avid beach chaser! I love traveling. I’ve been to Norway twice, but prefer places with a little more sun and sand. I knew business would work hand-in-hand with my relational personality, so attaining my MBA while working and not accumulating any student debt(!) was worth all the hard work.

Bobby Shankle

Tara Kaddoura

Permit Manager

I’m a fast-learner, adaptable, and communicative, which has helped me achieve my career goals over the past few years. I’ve touched permits for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Ziply Fiber. I enjoy working at PCF because it expands my knowledge of construction and permitting to the residential side. Nothing makes me more motivated than seeing a happy homeowner with their new outdoor living space and knowing I had a hand in making their dreams come true.

Shelby Bassett

Shelby Bassett

Bookkeeper

I enjoy my mountain home watching wildlife, fishing, gardening, and just enjoying nature. I fell into bookkeeping accidentally about 15 years ago but came to love it! I’ve been a military wife with children for over 25 years. Mic drop. ‘Nuff said.

Bobby Shankle

Jessica Garcia

Executive Assistant

My love for the construction industry stems from my youth. My father was a General Contractor and I always loved going to job sites with him, seeing the intricacies involved into building structures and watching projects come together. I enjoy building and refining systems, graphic design, and comprehending what people are trying to communicate and turning that into a deliverable. Outside of work, crafting, gardening, adventuring, and reading comic books are my pleasures.

Shelby Coe

Spencer Keller

Video Editor

I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. I’ve done video work for Investigation Discovery, Netflix, Sleep Foundation, and Chick-fil-A and love that I’ve landed with PCF full-time. I enjoy spending time with my wife and puppy, traveling, and being a foodie. You may find my work online, as I’ve been lucky to receive a couple festival awards with some of my personal narrative film work.

Logan Lee

Logan Lee

Structural Engineer

Construction has always been intriguing to me and by working at PCF, I’m able to continue expanding my knowledge in structural engineering. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and have also held positions as a waste/wastewater engineer, metal fabricator, and commercial roofer. I’m laid back and easy going. Mountain biking and skiing are my escapes.

Jonatan Martinez

Jonatan Martinez

CAD Designer

Creative, kind, assertive, and playful are how my family would describe me. Family time is my favorite. I enjoy playing music, going to concerts, making art, learning new things, and hiking. As a child, moving to a different country was challenging but has helped me to work with different types of people and to fuel a harmonious environment. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.

Tyler Graves

Tyler Graves

Jr CAD Designer

I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.

Chelsea Thompson

Chelsea Thompson

Social Media Specialist

I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it. Learning how to use social media became a tool that perfectly interlaced the two. Leveraging my skillsets with social media and the construction industry excites me to help advance PCF to the next level of thrive.

Sales Team

Chris Podlucky

Outdoor living construction is familiar territory for me. I’ve been a part of this industry for over 30 years through finance, sales, and even as a general contractor. Road biking is a daily release for me. I’ve climbed Mt. Rainier a couple times, which has only fueled my love for the outdoors. PCF is a family, team-oriented company. They’ll make you feel a part of the team right away.

Dustin Dietzman

Jacob Thompson

I’m blessed to say that even after almost 20 years in this industry, my work is an extension of what I do for fun. I enjoy working on my own home and gardening. I’ve been a framing apprentice to my own business owner in this industry and have enjoyed every part of the learning process. Integrity and diligence is what I strive to model in every capacity of life, so working at PCF, I know that I’m well supported.

Cary White

Sales Representative

I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.

Dustin Dietzman

Tyler Baxter

Sales Representative

I grew up around the construction industry, but my passion was for electrical. In the early 2000s, I started my own electrical company. After 14 years in business, I sold my company and moved to Costa Rica with my wife and 3 kids. For 6 years, we enjoyed the culture, the surf, and the jungle. Now that I live in the Pacific Northwest, I’m happy to be back at it again, helping people create cool outdoor spaces to make memories with their own families!

Skyler Owen

Skyler Owen

I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

Dustin Dietzman

Dustin Dietzman

I’m dedicated, driven, and loyal. I’m CCN-certified and started in the construction industry many years ago. I enjoy watching others’ dreams come true and passionate about understanding someone’s vision and bring that vision to life. Physical fitness is my life outside of work. I help support and guide my two sisters and niece and take great pride in being there for my family.

Cameron Formanczyk

Cameron Formanczyk

Helping people is the reason I chose PCF. I am an outgoing musician and husband who has changed gears to pursue a career in the construction industry. I have always been around construction and acquired many skills over the years as my father was a superintendent for two decades. Watching a project from start to finish and seeing the reaction of a happy customer is what drives me in this industry.

Jack Huebner

Jack Huebner

I’m decisive, driven, and adventurous. I finished my college degree while working full-time and choose to work in the construction industry because I enjoy the pace and opportunities for growth. I’ve been a carpenter, roofing contractor, estimator, and project manager. I’m OSHA-30 and Class 7 Telescopic Forklift certified, and an avid pickleball player.

Brooklyn Gallison

Brooklyn Gallison

I love the field of construction. I’ve worked in marketing, finance, sales and have a background in the commercial flooring industry. I laugh my way through life and enjoy making others smile. Outside of work, you can find me in the middle of a crowd throwing my best moves (and by best, I mean, pretending to make a pizza and throw it in the air).

Elizabeth John

Elizabeth John

Sales Representative

I’m determined, bubbly, and compassionate. I love learning and helping others. I make VERY good chocolate chip cookies. I chose to work in this industry because it is consistent and reliable. Working at PCF is exciting for me because it fuels my passion for learning while allowing me to help people make their home dreams come true.

Ashton Walters

Ashton Walters

Sales Representative

The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.

Camden Dowhower

Camden Dowhower

Sales Representative

My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.

Evan Boles

Evan Boles

I’ve worked in the construction industry for several years using CAD and in the permitting department. I love this industry because there are so many opportunities for growth. I enjoy swimming competitively and snowboarding outside of work. I like a good laugh and hard work doesn’t scare me.

Alex Ivanov

Alex Ivanov

I enjoy the newness that the construction industry challenges me with at every project, each day. I have been a part of roofing sales and other industry-related positions. I love skateboarding. My friends would describe me as straightforward, optimistic, and talkative. I’m always up for a challenge, and ready to respond.

Masterdecks

Ryan Quinn

General Manager

PCF values their employees, and because we share similar values about people, I thrive in this environment. I’m diligent and loyal to what I do, which has helped my career growth at PCF. I enjoy interacting with my team and our diverse clients. Executing a client’s dream is always a satsifying experience.

Jessica Sims

Project Manager

I fell into this industry by accident about 25 years ago. It can be a tough industry for a woman, which I believe is why I’m drawn to it. I’ve been a business owner, operations manager, and project manager in this industry. When I was young, I was evacuated by the Army National Guard just before Mt. St. Helens blew. Perhaps that experience led to my service as a Red Cross volunteer with over 1000+ hours served. Ironically, I’m scared of heights, but I love skydiving. Throwing myself out of an airplane at 14,000 feet has shockingly not cured my fear of heights.

Rod Walls

Foreman

I’m simple and straightforward. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 40 years and 35 of those years has been about building nice, custom decks. If I’m not building decks, you may find me at the billiards because playing pool is a nice outlet for me. PCF is a great, tightknit company. I like it because I can focus on doing what I do best—building awesome decks.

Scott Kennedy

Scott Kennedy

Foreman

I love working with my hands and being outdoors. I have a family of 5 that keeps me busy, but I won’t turn down some time to skateboard. I’m goal-oriented so working on a client’s dream project and finishing it, keeps me satisfied. With 6 years of construction experience and counting, I look forward to continuing my growth with this industry and PCF.

Jeremiah Judd

Jeremiah Judd

I’m observant and diligent. I love working with wood and building things with it. Being outdoors and staying active refreshes me. Having survived a severe car crash, I see a lot of humor in life. Some think that my nostril-flaring abilities are impressive, but for me, it’s just a reminder that I am alive and well.

Borislav Kosev

Boris Kosev

Focused woodworking makes me happy. I’m a perfectionist. Details are important to me. Coming to the US from Bulgaria with my family has elevated my sense of responsibility and gives me opportunities to laugh and enjoy learning. Fishing is my outlet so living in the Pacific Northwest is great for me.

Jordan Holker

Apprentice

Patience and level-headedness aren’t usually the qualities that come to mind for former MMA competitors so I may be an anomaly, but it’s surprisingly true. I’m also detail-oriented and organized, which has helped launch my career in the construction industry. I love spending time with my family, and especially being an uncle to my nephews and nieces. I enjoy being active with my hands and working at PCF, a company that really cares.

Charlie Black

Charlie Black

I’m coachable and a quick learner. Working at Tesla kept me intrigued at the forefront of innovation. I love golfing and I enjoy working on my own house projects so I know how satisfying it is when customers see the final product. Working on custom home projects is enjoyable for me because I get to work outdoors, with my hands, and learn something new each time.

Brian Miles

I enjoy working with my hands and gaining practical skillsets. Construction is familiar to me because I worked at my dad’s construction company since high school. I’m laid back and keep calm when unexpected situations happen. I love camping in the Cascades.

TIMBERLINE PATIO COVERS

Tony Mitchell

General Manager

I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. I have CCN certifications for sales mastery, production, and management. I’m a bank for product knowledge and enjoy leading a team to execute with the right products for the best results. I enjoy hanging out with my kid, duck hunting, and riding dirt bikes. PCF surrounds me with great people who want to be here and that makes my job that much more enjoyable.

Kyle Bannister

Project Manager

I love family with my family. I enjoy video games and duck hunting in the winter. I know how to have fun and lighten the mood. I aim to be an enjoyable person. I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors degree and some notable recognitions from the National Deck and Rail Association. I’ve been in construction since I was old enough to push a broom because my dad always dragged me along to his jobs. PCF is good people. We have a good time.

Mario Poposki

Foreman

Take me outdoors because I love snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking. I have a degree in Interior Design and Furniture, which helps me aim to building the “perfect” project. There’s such a strong sense of satisfaction I get when I come into an empty yard, and then help leave behind a masterpiece. I came to PCF years ago without any construction knowledge. PCF equipped me and gave me every opportunity to grow. It’s a 10+ company. You can’t get better than this.

Zolen Boogaerts

Foreman/Trainer

I love rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking–anything outdoors. I make knives. I sow my own outdoor gear: hammocks, jacket, sleeping bag, all of it. I enjoy teaching and I’m good at problem-solving. Learning new skills is fun for me. I’m an Eagle Scout. I have a degree in Biology with minors in Liberal Arts and Spanish. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 5 years. PCF is a perfect blend between large company and small company.

Clayton Brumbaugh

Foreman

Steady, kind, and pragmatic best describe me. I love acting and scuba diving. This industry is familar to me. Over 20 years ago, I chose to build, and just can’t seem to let go of it. I’ve been a lead carpenter, sales manager, you name it. FOMO is not why I have held various positions in this industry, rather I have a keen sense of focus and concentration that has enabled me to finish what I start.

Jake Campbell

Foreman

Living in the Pacific Northwest is awesome! I can go to the lake or adventure on an amazing hike, but if I want to stay in and have a drink with my buddies playing video games or watching Netflix then I can do it all here. Make room for me if you’re playing tennis or softball. Working at PCF feels like an extension of my life outside of work. I’m around great company; I work with my hands while outside and even after 5 years in the construction industry, I enjoy the competitive nature of challenging myself to complete each project with excellence.

Shaun Robinson

Foreman

I’ve been in the construction industry for several years. Carpentry is a good blend of physical and mental. It keeps me very stimulated. I thrive under pressure, so this industry keeps me on my toes. When I moved to the US, I was very picky about who I wanted to work for because I wanted my first US job to be in a company that I can develop and thrive in. PCF has supported me in that direction and they definitely hold true to their company value that people come first.

Eliseo Andrade

Apprentice

I love doing life with people. I enjoy working out, snowboarding, watching movies and capitalize on opportunities to meet new people. I’m passionate, diligent, and aim to bring good vibes in whatever I do. I’m a former auto mechanic, so that experience inevitably bleeds through my journey in construction. At PCF, I enjoy all the opportunities to learn and stay motivated knowing that each day brings something new and fresh.

Josh Mayo

Maintenance Operations Specialist

I have an AA in Behavioral Science. I’m detail-oriented. I focus on solutions rather than problems. I’m a disc golfer, snowboarder, wood worker, and coffee roaster. I’m newer to the construction industry but with over 10 years of custom car stereo fabrication experience, it comes in handy when creating fine products for our PCF clients.

Kyle Woodward

Apprentice

I enjoy cutting and assembling. Even outside of work, I’m building something for myself or my friends. My most notable recognition was in 4th grade when I placed 3rd in the Spelling Bee. That experience has shaped my career. With over 10 years of construction experience, there’s always something to learn. My out-of-box thinking usually advances a project while my anal attentiveness to jobsite organization and cleanliness keeps everyone pretty happy.

Landyn Kristek

Landyn Kristek

I’m an outdoorsy guy who loves to dirtbike. I enjoy laughing with my friends and being the dependable guy. Being a positive, light-hearted supportive person to any team has served me well with others; I intend to maintain those attributes. I’ve been doing flooring and framing for several years so working for PCF is right down my alley.

Luis Veloz

Luis Veloz

Outside of work, futbol is life. Playing competitive soccer has been an integral part of building my relentless, diligent, and ambitious personality. I’m an ambivert who can patiently work through challenges. I’ve been working in the construction industry for over 5 years and with a generational history in this field, I don’t expect to leave it any time soon.

Rock Electric

Patrick Rasmussen

General Manager

I’ve been an electrician for almost 20 years with over 50,000 hours invested. Learning though, never stops. Sometimes my experience is relevant, and other times, I draw up solutions that are completely unique. I enjoy foreseeing things in a project the homeowner hasn’t yet and adding value to their outdoor experience. Outside of work, I’m all about being a dad.

Ben Hale

Project Manager

I’m an open book, a what-you-see-is-what-you-get guy. If I’m not woodworking, I’m growing a mean raspberry bush. I enjoy gardening and building furniture for my family. Even after 15 years as an electrician, I still am most satisfied at the end of a project when I see how satisfied the customer is at the final walk-through. PCF employs great people so it makes work more enjoyable.

Aaron Motter

Journeyman

I served as a Lance Corporal in the Marines. I love bass fishing in my ’77 15-foot MirroCraft. And, really, I just love to work. I love what I do and I take a lot of pride in it. In the military, I embraced the values of honor, courage, and commitment and bring that to my work daily at PCF. I enjoy performing custom work and accept challenges from the uniqueness that every project brings.

Donald Byham

Journeyman

I could be the GOAT at video games, but I listened to my dad who wanted me to work in a trade. I’ve been an electrician for almost 10 years. Being a gamer and an electrician go hand-in-hand because I naturally see patterns, enjoy problem-solving and logical thinking. PCF brings variety to my everyday work and the people I interact with are just really cool people.

Asencion Tellez

Electrical Apprentice

You can call me “Ace.” I’m a grease monkey, originally from Maryland. If I’m not working on cars, I’m probably fishing or hiking. I’ve lost over 100 pounds. Setting goals and achieving them give me a strong sense of accomplishment. At PCF, my boss’s perfectionism and work energy fuel me to learn daily.

Chris Kehne

Electrical Apprentice

I might break out my spandex to go biking with you if you can help me convert an old pickup truck to an electric ride. I’m green-minded. I was a solar installer and get jazzed about electrical conversions. As an electrician, not one day is the same. I add humor to my every day, adding levity to PCF and our team-oriented environment.

Jeff Powell

Electrical Apprentice

Something new happens each day at work, which helps keep this job so exciting! I love working with my hands and the sense of accomplishment at the end of a day is like none other. I love working on old cars in my spare time and enjoy playing strategy games. I strive to see life half-full and surprise people with my bank of knowledge for random historical facts.

Eli Collins

Electrical Apprentice

I enjoy problem-solving. Skateboarding and working on cars are my outlets, but my favorite time is dirt biking with my 5-year-old daughter. I started off in landscaping and found my passion in electrical. The money is good, the work is challenging, and I won’t break my back doing it. Friendliness goes a long way and that’s what I love about PCF. We’re family-oriented here, warm and welcoming.

Seth Eide

Electrical Apprentice

Sticks and stones look like a table to me. I like math and working with my hands. Metal fabrication and wood-working are my outlets. I love learning new skillsets to then apply practically. At PCF, the learning is endless and everyone’s included in the process. I love how our founder will relate high-level business topics and simplify them to concepts within our own homes.

Teegen Hudson

Electrical Apprentice

Diligence and responsibility don’t scare me. In fact, electrical work demands both and it brings me joy to see it all come to fruition. I earned a work vehicle quickly, which is pretty stinkin’ cool for me. At PCF, there’s always something new to learn and people aren’t shy to come alongside and help.

Thomas Tillery

Electrical Apprentice

I served as a Staff Sergeant in the Army for 11 years. That experience has ingrained reliability and perseverance in me. I’ll do anything to get the job done. I enjoy woodworking, snowboarding, and watching movies. Electrical work is in one word, magical. The lights go on and then seeing the faces of customers light up just doesn’t get old.  Working at PCF feels like home.

Angel Martinez

I’ve been working in this industry with my dad since I was 12. I have countless memories working hard, but having fun with my dad. Concrete and finishing work are familiar to me, but I must say, demolition days are my favorite. I enjoy working with my hands, and love seeing a project come to life!

I’ve been using my experience in this industry for over 5 years and love the fact that at PCF, the opportunity to learn anything you want is made available.

Edwin Hernandez

I’ve been with PCF for over 7 years and plan to stay around simply because of the way PCF treats their employees. I feel valued here and the work environment is family-oriented where everyone looks out for each other. It has been very satisfying to be a part of quality, custom jobs that at the end of the day, I can be proud of.

Dennis Johnson

I love fishing, snowboarding, and golfing. My wife, daughter, and two dogs keep me busy. Parker Scott

Quinn Macwatters

I’m composed, patient, and tactful–yes, even when I’m playing competitive wiffle ball or at a Pearl Jam concert. I’m relational in that I value others to be themselves and empathize with various communication styles. Understanding a client’s vision for their custom home project can be complex, but I actually enjoy the process and find it rewarding to see their vision come to fruition.

Cristian Rosas

Put me on any lift, and I can probably drive it. I’ve been in this industry for over 5 years and love every opportunity I get to learn and advance. We all work diligently together and come home satisfied knowing we can take pride in our work.

David Talmadge

My nickname is “MacGyver” because of my resourcefulness. I’m adventurous, meticulous, and energetic. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years, and still love every day of it because I get to work with my hands. Outside of work, I love wake surfing and working on cars and motorcycles. Having persevered through a traumatic personal injury, I’m a proud testament of coming out even stronger from it.

I love working with my hands and building things. I’m persistent, calm, and conscientious. When things don’t go as planned on a job, I enjoy finding different methods to complete a task. Living on a ranch has taught me that there’s always a way to get something done regardless of tools and materials available. If I’m not working at PCF, I’m probably at the barn, working horses.

Throughout 9 years in the infantry, I served multiple combat tours overseas. I’m loyal, patient, and determined. Singing and playing the guitar are my outlets. Although my experience in the construction industry is relatively new, I chose this path because I enjoy creating something out of nothing. Serving people has been a rhythm in my life that this industry fuels, especially when I see the joy it brings to people when they see the final product.

Reliable, prepared, and teachable are qualities that best describe me. Construction work is fun because I love creating and working with my hands. I’ve worked in an array of positions with siding, tiling, and framing, and as a safety administrator. I choose to be loyal to this industry because it fuels my innate passion to serve others in a lasting and impressionable way.

I’m passionate about construction. I’ve been in this industry for several years and am certified in carpentry technology from the Green River Carpentry Program. I love spending time with my family, especially on the frisbee golf course. PCF is the right fit for me because I’m reliable when it comes to working with my hands and making sure the job gets done.

PCF is the perfect fit for me because I love working with my hands and being outdoors. By 6th grade, I was changing my mom’s tires, so working in this industry is not farfetched from what I was naturally interested in growing up. I love learning and am not shy to roll up my sleeves to get the job done well.

I’m boom lift certified and determined to add more certifications under my belt. I enjoy working through challenges and discovering new ways to improve things. Diligence doesn’t scare me. I started in this industry sweeping floors and crawling tight spaces so working with my hands in the outdoors at PCF is right down my alley. I’m fearless on wheels so dirt bike with me if you can because outside of work, I’ll be enjoying the feeling of freedom at the twist of a throttle!

I’m a generally happy, fun-loving person who doesn’t shy away from hard work. I’ve served in the army for 5 years and transitioned to construction because I heard it maintains a similar type of energy as the military. I have my Boom Lift certification and aim to get things done no matter how complicated. I enjoy finishing my work and seeing what I’ve accomplished.
